Believe it or not: Bawal maghelmet sa Calasiao, Pangasinan & San Carlos

I'm on a business trip to Dagupan and Olongapo.

While on the road, I checked out yung mga katotong mga MC riders din, I noticed na walang naka-helmet isa sa kanila.

Then I asked yung mga participants ng seminar ko and they told me na municipal ordinance nga daw na BAWAL MAGHELMET within the city proper of Calasiao and San Carlos

Mainly due to the recent political assassination of a barangay official in San Carlos during the elections kaya ayun, bawal magsuot ng helmet and balaclava.

Weird, I guess rider safety just went out the window there

dadaan ba tayo dito guys pag natuloy ung kina papa nhomz??

i heard before some part of bicol also in batangas with the same reason

in Vigan, when the first time the Bulacan boys ride there( kasama kami ni Bong doon )not only with out helmet but most of the underbone there are NO plates

Ok lang yan na naka-helmet within that city proper. . .

alam naman ng municipal admin nila na di tayo taga-roon, kaya exempted tayo dyan. . .
dahil sa pinanggalingan natin bawal ang walang gear. . .

like Papa Ying said. . . in Batangas and Bicol area meron city ordinance dun na bawal din ang naka-helmet within the city proper, pero kung kayo ay bakasyunista o dayo sa lugar na iyon, kaya alam nila na dayo tayo. . .

tama papa arth,tulad din ng baguio,bawal ang full face helmet pero exempted lahat ng turistang riders kc yun ang promotion nila sa lugar, tourist area.

buti naman heheh kala ko pati tayo eh kasama sa batas nila....
